Book Review: TOX-SICK:From Toxic to Not Sick by Suzanne Somers

First off, the name caught my eye because I recalled borrowing some of my mom’s copies of Somers’ older books a LONG time ago, and really enjoyed them. I was also intrigued because of the description of the book. Several friends, as well as I, have been transitioning to more natural ways of living and healing ourselves.

One thing I really appreciate about Somers is how well researched her information is; it’s not a bunch of “fluff”. However, Somers essentially states that no matter what we do, we will always be surrounded by toxins, thus will have them in our system. Which makes sense! Also, some of the recommendations may be outside one’s means.
Basically just do what’s within your means, and try your best.

I give this book a solid 9/10. I highly recommend it for people seriously looking into eliminating toxins from their system.

I received this book from the Blogging for Books program in exchange for this review.

If you love reading ANY kind of book, I highly suggest checking this program out.
