This book certainly speaks to people in our culture today-always on the go, trying to fit as many activities as they can in one day, and not prioritizing their sleep. I used to have that lifestyle myself, but over the last few years have learned to slow down and make sure to get enough sleep in so I can function the next day.
Huffington’s book shows she’s done her research. There’s research and advice on so many topics–from what to wear to sleep, to what to eat/not to eat before bed, to something I struggle with-caffeine intake and when to stop using it.
I give this book a solid 10/10. One of my favorite personal topics to read about, as well as talk about with my friends. A friend of mine is currently borrowing my copy and loves it so far!
